What should I put in my prompt when I ask the AI to build my agency website?
A format that works well for an agency website:
- Say who you are and who you serve, with a little about your ideal clients and your area if you are local.
- Say the outcome you provide (for example more appointments booked, or more clients in a dentist's chair every month).
- Below the hero section, say how you deliver that outcome, for example database reactivation, AI receptionist or social media management.
- Name the color scheme and theme you like, and ask for plenty of images that fit your niche.
- Ask for animations and describe them, for example entrance animations so sections swoop in, a spotlight that follows the mouse, or a shimmer on button hover.
The more specific you are, the closer the result is to what you want. You can also ask the AI to write or rewrite the prompt for your industry, and to use the conversion rate optimization and marketing copy skills.
AI results vary. If you do not like a result, run the same prompt again before changing it; a second run often gives a different, sometimes better, site.
